Package Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to maintain product integrity.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
